Forest Heights is a highly desirable neighborhood in Athens, GA. The homes can range from the 200s to the high 300s in 2021. It is close to The Loop, Normaltown, Downtown Athens, and of course the University of Georgia. The homes were built mostly in the 50s and 60s with several ranch plans and split levels.
